A strong wind warning previously inforce for the Niuas land areas is now cancelled.
SITUATION
An East to Northeast Windflow prevails over the group, these winds are being circulated
from a High Pressure system that lies to far Southeast of Tonga.
Meanwhile a Cold Front to Southwest of Tongatapu and ‘Eua is moving East.

Light to Moderate East to Northeast winds, Fresh at times.
Mostly fine apart from Cloudy periods with isolated showers.
